Shioi Construction's drywall division Creative Partition Systems (CPS) is now hiring for the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager may be based on Oahu or Kauai and must have a minimum of eight years of field management or a construction management/engineering degree. Experience is preferred in the areas of metal framing, drywall, insulation, acoustic ceiling, and plaster/EIFS, but this is not required. This individual will be responsible for planning, management, and administration of projects and self-perform work crews. The Project Manager must have effective leadership, communication skills, and be experienced in cost projections and estimates, On-Center/Quick Bid, Procore, BIM 360, and Microsoft Outlook, Projects, and Excel.
