Conrad Murashige maintains an active role in the day-to-day operations of the company. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction business and has devoted more than 40 years to building the company while maintaining the founding principles of commitment to client satisfaction, quality, and workmanship.

ROY SHIOI | President  

Roy has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry with specialties in conceptual estimating, budgets, negotiated, hard bid, value engineering, and design/build estimates. As President, Roy oversees the company’s overall strategic direction, financials, and operational leadership. Roy is the grandson of Shioi Construction founder Kenneth Shioi.

PRESTON LINGATON | Vice President / CPS Operations Manager

Preston is responsible for all Creative Partition Systems (CPS), Shioi Construction’s drywall division, operations through the state as well as various corporate duties. Specifically, Preston oversees CPS estimating, project start-ups, work in progress, and project close-outs to ensure that jobs are successfully completed on schedule and within budget. Preston’s breadth of experience includes projects in the resort, industrial, healthcare, residential, and government sectors.
