Shioi Construction Starts Spouting Horn Facelift

The first thing being worked on is the flooring of the vending shops behind of the old vending location at Spouting Horn
The Garden Island newspaper reported that Shioi Construction recently started groundwork on new booths for vendors at Spouting Horn on the south side of Kauai. Rearranging the design and upgrading facilities are all part of the plan to attract more people to Spouting Horn for shopping and sightseeing, and to better the flow of traffic and people in the small area. In the article, County of Kauai Parks and Recreation Deputy Director Wallace Rezentes Jr. stated “The existing booths will be removed and replaced with new booths and shelter. Repairs will also be done to the comfort station.”
