Kauhale at Koloa Village

Shioi Construction, Inc. (SCI) was awarded the contract by developer Mike Serpa to construct the Kauhale at Koloa Village project, consisting of 15 residential buildings and a total of 60 condominium units. Each building will include two one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units, contributing to the development of much-needed housing in the Koloa community.

Kauhale at Koloa Village is a thoughtfully designed residential condominium community that combines modern living with the natural beauty of Kauai’s South Shore. Situated in the historic town of Koloa, the development offers a charming village-style setting with convenient access to beaches, shopping, dining, and cultural attractions.

The scope of work for SCI includes concrete, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and roofing. The CPS scope of work includes insulation and drywall.

The Kauhale at Koloa Village project showcases the team's ability to successfully deliver high-quality construction within an active residential community. Careful planning, close coordination, and strategic scheduling have enabled construction to progress efficiently while managing equipment movement, material staging, and ongoing work across the site. This collaborative approach has helped maintain steady momentum, with eight of the 15 residential buildings now complete and occupied by homeowners. The project remains on track for full completion in September 2026.
